Toxic Euphoria (Justin Burns) and his Halo 2 Montage

For those of you gamers out there who have heard of Toxic Euphoria (Justin Burns), you know that he is a former semi professional Halo player in the Major League Gaming. He has a very impressive history, and is known for being crowned "King of the Double Shot". Justin recently competed with the up and coming GC Cartman (Carter Davis), at Salt Fest's Halo 4: 2v2 tournament in May, 2013. Unsurprisingly, they took first place in this competition, and did so very efficiently. It was a close final few matches, but in the end, they came out as champions.
Here is a look at Toxic's history competitive gaming, and some of his goals for this year:

2007
Achieved Semi Pro status - Halo 2: MLG Charlotte (Major League Gaming)
Crowned "King of the Double Shot" and rumored to be one of the most
individually skilled players in the world

2008
1st Place - Halo 3: PGL Calgary (Pro Gaming League Canada)
2nd Place - Halo 3: Game Battles Fall Season Finals (out of 11,400
registered teams) MLG Pro Circuit Online
5th Place - Halo 3: MLG San Diego (Appearing on camera for at least 30
minutes in front of more than a quarter million live viewers)
Began coaching teams professionally and performing training sessions

2009
Continued to give training sessions for a living

2010
6th Place - Halo 3 4v4: MLG Denver
11th Place - Halo 3 FFA: MLG Raleigh Free For All (11th place out of 1,200 competitors)

2011
Became the first civilian to be contracted by the National Guard's Professional Paintball team
Achieved several 1st place wins and a gold medal in the Corporate Summer Games
Invited to help train the local SWAT team in simulated school takeovers and hostage scenarios

2012
Retired from competitive play to become a full time student
Studied Game Theory at Stanford University
Started work on a Thesis titled "The Universal Strategy of Kinetic Warfare: Zone Logic & Teamwork"
Reached 120 business ideas and inventions

Goals and Plans for 2013

-File first patent
-Continue education
-Explore further entrepreneurship opportunities
