We have had requests to add new restrictions, and have made several changes to the rules and regulations. If you are competing in this tournament on March 30, 2013, please take the time to read through the changes, marked in the color Red. Please keep in mind that these changes may be altered for future tournaments, but are final for the tournament on March 30, 2013.
